Nelsy + Jeff: An OC Engagement

September 20th, 2010

One of my favorite things about being a photographer is meeting others who love photography as much, if not more than I do. One of my favorite things about being a wedding photographer is working with couples who love and value photography as much as I do since that makes me even more excited about shooting their engagement and covering their wedding. I personally believe that your most treasured photos will last a beyond your lifetime and the stories from your photos will read like a book to the future generations.

I personally believe that your most treasured photos will last beyond your lifetime and the stories from your photos will read like a book to our future generations. So when I met Nelsy and Jeff and was told that photography was one of the most important aspects of their wedding day, I had a feeling that we would get along great. Though I can’t say the same about the bee that I had the unfortunate pleasure of running into during their engagement session. All I can say is that I’m lucky I’m not allergic and I’m thankful I was the one who was stung instead of Nelsy, Jeff or my lovely assistant Julie. With that being said, enjoy the photos and I can’t wait for 1.14.11!

Classic. Elegant. Timeless. When all is said and done, when the last dances are danced and the last toasts have been toast, there will only be a select few keepsakes left from your special day and a wedding album should be one of them. A lone photo gets lost, a CD or DVD scratches but a high quality wedding album will stand the test of time. With the amazing bookbinding skills of a 70 year old company and a series of custom designed spreads, the story of your wedding will be retold in a manner that no set of loose prints or images on a CD or DVD could ever tell. Because of this, I truly believe that a wedding album is the best medium to retell the story of your wedding.

At Sojourn Foto, we are proud to offer a variety of high quality Flush Mount Albums from Leather Craftsmen. From Classic Leather to Japanese Silk, each and every one of our albums is designed in house and our clients can choose from many different sizes and styles. Since no wedding is ever the same, neither are our albums. For that reason, Sojourn Foto’s albums are classic, elegant and timeless.
